Tillyard is not an emergency service or a crisis service. Nobody watches the rooms for people in distress, and a message or a report may not be seen by a person for some time. Please do not wait for us. The people listed on this page can help now.

These services are free and confidential. They are separate from Tillyard. We are not affiliated with any of them and do not speak for them. Contact details can change, so check each organization's own website.

2 If you are worried about another member
- If the danger seems immediate, call 911 and tell them what you know.
- Encourage the person toward 988 or their campus counseling center. You do not have to act as a counselor.
- Report it to us under "Worried about someone", so that a person on our staff can see it. A report in that category is a request for care. It is not an accusation, and saying that you are struggling breaks no rule.
When we become aware of something like this we may show the person these numbers, send a short private notice, and hide content that describes methods. Where we believe in good faith that someone is in danger of death or serious injury, we may tell a law enforcement agency or other government emergency service what relates to that danger. We cannot promise to see a report in time, and none of this is medical care or counseling.
3 If something happened on Tillyard
- Someone is harassing or threatening you: block them, and report it. The Reporting, Enforcement and Appeals Policy says what happens next.
- An intimate image of you was shared here: use the form at tillyard.org/removal/intimate. Removing an Intimate Image: Short Notice is one screen long.
- A concern about a child: the Child Safety Policy says how to reach us. If a child is in danger now, call 911.
- Someone you met here is bothering you somewhere else: tell us. We can act on their account here.
4 What this page is
It is a list of other people's services, gathered so that you can find one quickly. It is not advice, and it is not a promise that any of them will answer or can help. Section 18.6 of the Terms of Use says that we are not an emergency service, and section 3.5 of the Community Guidelines has Tillyard's rules on this subject.
