One email, when applications open. You need an account so we know where to send it. Applications open once the nonprofit that runs Tillyard has been formed and a lawyer has read the agreement.
A written plan
Before you start, you have a plan that says what you are here to learn and what you will make.
A small team
A returning student who has done it before leads your team. They and the program director check in with you every week.
A fixed end
It is unpaid and it ends on a date written in the agreement you sign before you start.
How it will work
- You apply. It takes about five minutes.
- The program director reads every application and answers by email.
- If you are accepted, you read your agreement and plan, then sign it on this site. The director signs after you. Nothing starts until you have both signed.
- You take part for the term. Your page shows your plan, your week-by-week timeline, your notes and your hours.
- At the end the director can confirm your part. You get a short letter and a line on your Record.
